# `AshVersioned.Verifiers.VerifyActionsRegistered`

Ensures that every action named in `exclude_update_actions` is a defined update action
on the resource, and that every action named in `exclude_read_actions` is a defined read
action.

All create actions with `upsert?: true` are rejected unconditionally.
